Elizabeth Seton Children’s including Elizabeth Seton Children’s Foundation, Elizabeth Seton Children’s Center, Elizabeth Seton Children’s School and Elizabeth Seton Children’s Rehabilitation Center (together, “ESC”), have created this Privacy Policy to explain why we collect particular information and how we will protect your personal privacy within our website (the “site”).

ESC reserves the right at any time and without notice to change this Privacy Policy simply by posting such changes on our site. What Information We Collect and How We Use That Information:

Our registration forms require users to give us contact information that may include name, email address, address, phone number and similar information. We do not request or store social security numbers of our visitors or credit card numbers, except on our donation page, discussed below. On some pages of our site, you have an opportunity to communicate with us by email. We use the information you provide to us in order to (i) communicate with you in connection with your use of our site, (ii) respond to your questions or (iii) send you material or information that you request. We may also use information you provide to provide you with email messages and other information regarding our services.

Internet Protocol Address:

We collect an IP address from all visitors to our site. An IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer when you use the Internet. We may use IP addresses to help diagnose problems with our server, administer our site, analyze trends, track users’ movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use in order for us to improve the site.

Our site may use cookies to enhance your experience while using our site. Donations:

ESC currently uses Elavon, Inc. to process donations. Gateway services are provided by Authorize.net. When you make a donation, the credit card information you provide is sent to, handled by and stored by such entities in accordance with their policies.

Children:

No minor under the age of 13 should conduct any transactions or submit any personal information on our site. ESC does not ask for or knowingly collect personal, individually identifiable information from children through the site.
