When Jorge Gerosi attended Elizabeth Seton Children's "Drive Us Home" golf outing in 2023, he was inspired to take action after hearing about the challenges and extraordinary triumphs of our children and young adults.

Determined to make a difference in their lives, Jorge created a tennis fundraiser born out of his passion for the sport and devotion to our children. "As an avid tennis player, I saw the opportunity to leverage my love for the game for a cause that is close to my heart," he shared.

Last Saturday, Jorge hosted "Game, Set, Match for Seton," our very first tennis event, and it was a smashing success! Thirty players gathered at the New Rochelle Tennis Club where they took part in a spirited tournament, enjoyed a tennis clinic and learned more about Elizabeth Seton Children's and our cherished children and young adults. Thanks to Jorge, his wife, Stephanie and their generous friends, we raised over $10,000 to benefit our future young adult center!

"I'm overwhelmed and incredibly thankful for the success of our fundraiser and the support received from my group of friends, family and tennis club," said Jorge. "The New Rochelle Tennis Club and its community have a special place in my heart and the camaraderie displayed during this event is a testament to the spirit and values that define our club."
