Motivated by his passion for the game and his commitment to Elizabeth Seton Children's, Jorge Gerosi brought tennis and philanthropy together for the second consecutive year at his tennis fundraiser, "Game, Set, Match for Seton," at the New Rochelle Tennis Club. This year's event raised $8,000 to support our pioneering young adult center, which will be a loving home where young adults with complex medical needs can continue to receive unparalleled and compassionate care in a space created just for them.
Players enjoyed a dynamic tennis clinic and competitive games while gaining a deeper understanding of this visionary project and the lives it will touch. Every serve and return reflected a shared dedication to our children and young adults. A standout moment came when Stephanie, an Elizabeth Seton Children's Center resident and our International Spokesperson and Volunteer, picked up a racket for the very first time and took a swing!
Jorge shared, "Watching everyone rally for Seton again this year meant a lot to me. I'm incredibly thankful for the support and energy everyone brought to the day. Together, we are helping open much needed doors for these young adults!"
We extend our heartfelt appreciation to Jorge, his wife Stephanie and their inspiring circle of friends and hope to see them on the court again next year!
